Terms of Service

This website
This site describes the junk removal and pressure washing services Clear and Clean Solutions offers and lets you ask for a quote. The descriptions are general information, not a promise of a particular result on a particular surface.
Quotes
Quotes are free. Sending a request does not book any work or commit you to anything. A price depends on the property, the surfaces or items and their condition, and the scope and price are agreed with you before any work starts.
Junk removal
Junk removal starts at $135. The final price depends on how much there is and how easy it is to reach, and it is agreed with you before we load anything.
Scheduling and payment
The date, payment and any changes or cancellations are agreed with you when the work is booked.
Photos
The truck washing video and photos in the fleet section and under “Our work” are our own work. The other photographs on this site are licensed stock images that show the kind of work we do; they are not photographs of our own jobs.
Your information
How we handle what you send us is covered by our Privacy Policy.
