What we collect

What you enter in our quote form: your name, email address, phone number, business name, the service you need, the kind of property, its address, any number of trucks or items you mention, what needs cleaning or removing and your message.

How we use it

To answer you, give you a price and schedule the work. If you ticked the email box on the form, we may also send you occasional emails with offers and seasonal cleaning reminders. Every one of those emails has an unsubscribe link.

Your phone number

We use it to call you, or text you back if you text us, about your quote and the job. We do not send marketing text messages. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

Estimates, invoices and payments

If we send you a link to an estimate, an invoice or a job approval, the page shows the details of that job and records your response or signature. If you pay an invoice by card, the card details go straight to our payment processor through its secure form. We never see or store your full card number.

Who else sees it

Your request is stored in the customer management system we use to run the business. We do not sell or rent the information you give us.

Analytics

We use Google Analytics to count visits and see which pages people read. It uses cookies. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, or install Google’s opt-out add-on from tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.

Removing your information
